I am a fanatic when it comes to two things: The Seattle Mariners and gorging myself on the finest fare stadiums have to offer.
The Story:
Some of my earliest memories are of Mariners baseball. Whether I was inhaling the firework smoke of the Kingdome or getting a severe sunburn as I waited patiently in autograph alley. I have seen the best and the worst of the Seattle Mariners during my fandom but this is not a blog about the Mariners. I have already read everything the blogosphere has to offer in regards to them and I know I cannot compete with the incredible writing and analysis coming out of these communities.
I have decided to focus on what I am most interested in, the undeniably delicious, and sometimes obscure, food that can only be found in stadiums around the country. As I am a Seattle native and current resident I find myself at Safeco fairly often. Usually enjoying garlic fries or a cheese steak in centerfield near the once cheap Rainier tallboys that could be found just outside of Hit-It-Here.
I will scour the Safe for all food and drink that is worth while from the cheap, the good, and the utterly strange. I will snap, write, and rave about what the stadiums I visit have to offer. And occasionally I may write about the frustrations and triumphs witnessed while enjoying my favorite past time.
Hope springs eternal

@alexander.dewald I think most the buzz this year will be around the addition of Din Tai Fung in section 132. Garlic Fries and Cheesesteaks at Uncle Charlie's on the 300 level will always have a place in my heart.
Mariner’s opening day... what’s the first food stop?
